Hi! For some reason, my computer has completely frozen, the mouse is responding, but the PC is not even responding to short cuts (ctrl+alt+del) it won't even turn off when I press the power button. I'm curious to know, how do I go about rebooting it? Or do I let the battery run out completely?
Assistance will be greatly appreciated!!!

Unplug the power adapter. Press the power button and hold it for more than four seconds. That should shut it down.

If that fails to shut it down, then remove the battery and then hold the power button for four seconds or more. That  shutdown procedure  has always worked for me.

Best regards,

erico

Really, is that your best solution? The problem is the machine freezes and no way out except for the unplugging the power. This is not acceptable. I have had to reboot this stupid laptop at least once a day already. Your product is defected. Period.
