Re: HP G62 Notebook PC (Window 7)freezing

Hi,

Does the same clip freeze if you watch it in Firefox or Internet Explorer?

Regards,

Re: HP G62 Notebook PC (Window 7)freezing

Hi,

Try the following.

Launch Chrome, type chrome://plugins into the address bar and hit enter.  Click on Details and go to the Flash section.  You will probably see several entries here.  For each entry, check the path specified next to the 'Location:' heading - if you see a path that includes the entry \PepperFlash\ click the Disable option.

Restart chrome and see if this has corrected the issue.

Regards,

Re: HP G62 Notebook PC (Window 7)freezing

Hello lulinko. Before I can assist you further, I need to ask a few questions:

What Windows Operating System are you currently using?

Do you only experience this issue on Google Chrome?

What tasks do you perform before the freeze?

Please respond as soon as possible so I can assist you. I'm only here to help!

Re: HP G62 Notebook PC (Window 7)freezing

Thank you. My honest suggestion would be to uninstall and reinstall Firefox and Chrome, and see if this helps. I will continue to research in the meantime. Let me know if you require more assistance.
