Hi
i got Hp mini 2133 here
it worked fine before, but suddenly it is locked when startup
when i turn it on, the bios screen appeared and then asking a password
i have never set any bios password before
here is the error message
fatal error
cnu9442f9r
something like that
i can not even enter windows coz it is stuck at there
please help me
i need it to do my working
i appreciate any help

Try entering: e9lovv78ob ( Note that the 3rd character is a lower case L )

thanx for the very very quick answer
i entered the code u gave as the password
it worked
but now it's stuck at hp logo with menu
<F9> = Change Boot Device Order
<F10> = BIOS Setup Options
and go nowhere no matter what buttons i press
any solution?

Hi,
Try a Hard Reset as follows.
Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. Re-insert the battery, plug in the AC Adapter and see if the notebook will start-up - use the master password again if prompted.

and i followed jbrown1690's suggestion about pulling off the webcam cable and it works
