HP Pavilion dv6-6b80eo freezes all the time

I got my 

HP Pavilion dv6-6b80eo 

a week ago.. but the last couple of days it has begun to act really weird. It freezes all the time when I watch movies, surf the internet or just listen to music, lasting for 10 seconds to several minutes. What can be the cause of this?

You have a couple of options as I see it.

Try deleting the cookies & cache check the website given below.

If still does not work try using system restore to date the when unit was working fine. Please update the flash player on the unit & try using different web browser like Mozilla & google chorme.
