My HP Pavilion dv7-1135nr won't turn on. When I try to turn it on after a hard reset, the LEDs turn on for a couple seconds along with the fan, then shut off. No LEDs by the capslock blink or anything. When trying again without a hard reset, the power button glows for about 3 seconds then turns off. When I unplug the AC plug and hard reset again, the same thing happens again. I've removed both Hard Drive and the RAM and re-seated them, with no fix to the problem. Also I've tried to hook it up to an external monitor with nothing because it doesn't even boot. The last thing that I can think of is that it is the video card. But I haven't tried that yet. Anything would help! Thanks!
