Hello,
My HP Pavilion g6-1145sg will not boot anymore, what must i do? He stops with booting at the Windows 7 logo, I tried everything, I even tried to recount him with the Windows 7 instalation DVD, but nothing worked, At least tried a "Primery Hard Disk Self Test", and then he said: "Hard Disk 1 Quick (303)". What shall i do? I still have warranty. I made pictures of the specifications/number's , the laptop and the error message: Click Here For The Photos. Here are pictures/PDF's for the warranty "things": Click Here For The Photos (I found the warranty PDF on my second HP Pavilion g6-1145sg that I bought at the same time in the same online store for my son). I hope you can help me, thank you in advance.
Yours Faithfully,
MJ van der Velden

Hi,
The 303 error would indicate that your Hard Drive is failing and will need to be replaced - this is also consistent with the booting issues you describe.
As your notebook is still under warranty, contact HP ( the telephone number can be found on the relevant link below ) and arrange to have the drive replaced.
If you live in the US, contact HP Here.
If you are in another part of the world, start Here.
Regards,
DP-K
