Hp Compaq Presario CQ42-173TU, Gets Overheating issue

My Compaq Presario Cq42 173TU gets oerheated after using for an hour, and also it gets hug while playing media player in DC mode....Customer Service is not logging in my complaint and service center guys says my expectations are higher.....Never expected such a rude service from HP..

Same as mine.

Every time I'm playing games every games. Not only about an hour, and my CQ42 get overheeat.

Is there any solution for this problem?
