Hp Envy X2 System restore to default.

I take it it has a system recovery partition on the Hp Envy X2, just wondering how I can  restore it to factory defaults, want to try to fix my freezeing and locking up and crashes, before I have to return it as defective.

I know its holding down some button, but which one ?

Cheers.

Re: Hp Envy X2 System restore to default.

Hi

Shutdown your computer and press the Key ESC a lot time.

Showed: Start Up Menu and a lot options.

Click in the Key F11 System recovery

Your Recovery is Loading Filles and show the program.

You can restore factory with the Recovery System or you can come back with the Restore From Microsoft.
