My computer, an hp dv6 pavilion, recently failed to start and recommended startup repair. This has happened before and succeeded, only this time it went to the blue burst screen with a box of black text, the summary of which is the following:

REM MODEL:
REM CAPTION: HITACHI HTS547575AE384 ATA DEVICE
REM DEVICE ID: \\.\ PHYSICALDRIVE0
REM SCSI BUS: 0
REM SCSI PORT: 0
REM PARTITIONS: 4
REM [RESULT]
REM couldn't perform the screening because couldn't detect 2 HDDS on this system

After that it reads a line of code displaying error level.

Can anyone help?
