Hp laptop sometimes freezes at startup , op sytem Vista

I have a problem ... when i start myy comp. it sometimes freezes after hp logo , when i manually turn it off and restart it , it usually goes normally then . but this freezing dont happen very often maybe 1x per 3 startups .. plz reply me its very annoying...plz helpp me i am very thankful then ...

I think that you should recover your laptop by using recovery manager because your laptop may have problems that are involved with softwares
