Pavillion dv7-1264nr Entertainment Notebook

AMD Turion X2, 64 bit

Windows Vista

 

I have tried the "Resolving Start Up and No Boot Problems Checklist".  It won't let me into the BIOS (F10).  The monitor is OK.
