Here is the link for Nvidia System Tools. From what I've read about your card, you should be able to use this forceware!
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nvidia_system_tools_6.02.html
Oh. yeah, get the guide, too!
And make Restore Points!
If it were a rattler. . . .
Also, I'd like you to install the following program. It has Active Boost. And it will clean your system and also speed it up. After downloading, scanning and installing this program, please get back to me before running it so that I can guide you to the proper and safe settings for this program. I have been using the Pro version for about seven years on four different laptops and have never had any issues:
http://www.iobit.com/advancedsystemcareper.html
Also download and install this program. It will tell the entire state of your hard drive and all the temps of your cpu, gpu, memory and laptop:

If we're going to fine tune your laptop, we'll do it right!

Alright, alright,
1 by 1 or else we both get confused :-)
#1 Nvidia System Tools
Installed it. Following tools:
- Performance
- NVIDIA System Monitor
- System Update
So, the System Update was just nothing special. Its a tool to get new updates. None for me tho.
The Systeam Monitor gives me all kinds of information about CPU, GPU, RAM, DISK and so on.
The most interesting tool is propably the Performance Tool, which is kind of an update to my NVIDIA Control Panel. It gives me now the oportunity to change different things from:
CPU, Motherboard, Memory and GPU.
So what do you want me to change there?
And is it save? I really dont want to damage anything :-)
#2 Advance System Care
Downloaded it, waiting for instructions before installing :-)
#3 Speedfan
Downloaded it as well. But from what i read is it kind of the same than what the Monitors did, right? What do you want me to do? Waiting also for instructions before installing it.
Thanks again for your amazing effort.
Looking forward for some you next steps.
I dont know, but it feels like its getting hard discussion all this. Now with all the details instructions. Isnt there any easier way to do this? For example teamviewer? :-) What do you think?

Speedfan will do more than all the other programs. As soon as my pics clear security, you will see. Speedfan has all the tools for testing your hard drive and ensuring that it isn't slowing anything down.
Please install it.

Okay, I saw your pics,
Your Gpu's temperature is far too high. Not to frighten you, but it is far too high, which is why your gaming nosedives. I wish I could have seen this so much earlier!
Anyway, you need to get some high pressure compressed air and seriously blast it through your laptop's vents before doing anymore gaming, okay?
Get back to me.

I agree! LOL! I've done just about all that I can for your card.
The settings for ASC are here in this thread for you!
You should be able to run and interpret Speedfan without help, too. It's straight forward. Just stay away from the Clock tab. If you try to open it, it will warn you. The other tabs in Speedfan can be opened no problem. The SMART tab can be opened and is for testing your Hard Drive. Perform an in depth online analysis of your hard drive is good.
From what I can surmise, though, from the last GPU-Z sensors and HWMonitor pics, and the fact that we have been tweaking your card to better and higher performance, the temperature values heated up much more quicker and stayed high during that past gameplay due to the collection of dustbunnies! Yes, dustbunnies are keeping your GPU hot!
Also, do a little research on that Performance Tool, and it will help you out, too. Those settings are the ones that I also previously entered in this thread. They are straight forward. too.
Oh, and you need to keep most of the eyecandy turned off on your cards control panel!
Glad I could help!
