sir I just bought a new G4 1105TX and iam experiencing black screens but my power button is on ans wifi light is amber, when this happens i have no choice but to force shutdown.

how can I  get a support key? sorry am not that good on computer troubleshooting.  Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

After i log into my computer with my password it shows up the blue screen.I press ctrl/alt/del but dont know how to use the windows task manager (or any other way to get into my computer??)

Everything works fine, until the point it needs to upload the results! It tells me that there is a problem, and it gives me two options: try again, or upload later what should I do?

I have an HP Pavillion dv6-2150us. After a recent windows automatic update I got the blue screen of death. At first I was able to log in to safe mode, however I can't do anything now. I can get into recovery manager and have tried to back up files to an external harddrive I just purchased but the items are not showing correctly. I am going to try to do that different later but I was wondering how I can log in to safe mode so I can try to retrieve these items. I can pull up a menu with safe mode but when I click on it, it goes right to blue screen then cycles to a screen with no safe mode. I have irreplaceable pictures on this laptop and didn't expect it to crash so i have not backed up things in awhile. I also have word programs that I can't replace either. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Like many of you in this forum I am very annoyed that my HP DV7 constantly lockups. I paid a lot of hard earned cash for this notebook and I am seeking a solution, particulary one that works.

Hi,

 I tried to use this and i put the passkey in and it told me invalid passkey . I have vista does that still have the same pass key 344200143.
