Hello,

 

Please try to run this tool in Safe Mode with Networking.

If you are unable too, you may need to go into F10 setup or F2 Diagnostics - test your Hard Drive and memory. We may be dealing with a hardware issue.

No, I already tried running in safe mode with networking yesterday and it would not let me, and I have once again this morning tried running the MSDT but laptop shut itself down before the files were uploaded. I have just turned it on and am in F10. It shows that I have 4096 MB memory and using F2 it shows that the memory tested 100% OK, (4,163,067,904 bytes) and the Primary Disk Test passed, and Hard Disk SMART passed. What can I do?

i have dv6 6166tx note book 

 

i have random blue screen issue since day 1 

 

i have updated my system with latest updates 

 

but blue screen error still there .

annoying thing is that its very random 

 

i have e mailed image file diagnostic log  to provieded address, 24 hrs have passed no reply 

 

MSDt  runs and just keeps uploading results now again it s uploading 

 

do not know how much time it will take ...

 

 

please help me to get rid of BSoD

Please Help.....My HP mini screen locks up every 3 minutes.

My HP mini 110-3500 locks up every 3 minutes of inactivity. I have tried to change the sttings over and over again to no avail. I just bought it and I am getting frustrated already.

i have got Blue Screen on my HP Pavilion dv6-3170se Entertainment Notebook PC

i sent my laptop to HP Services and they checked it and said only  processor fan need to change after using my laptop for while same problem again.

 

 i have sent my file to the mail, hope i got answer soon.

I keep getting a Blue screen and it keeps referring to   SLPSRT64.   What does this mean.  I have tried running the discs I made for recovery but keep getting another pop up that says   Error Log 1005 or 100S,  and it says if this keeps happening to contact HP Support.  The Laptop is HP Pavillion Dv7, purchased in 08.   Have not had any problems with this computer til now.    Help please.,  thank you for your valuable time.

I have a black screen, cannot load windows, nor can I get into safe mode. Have tried holding f11 while powering up but this does nothing either. The only menu I can get in is buy holding ESC while powering up, but I don't see anything that will help the problem in there either! Help!

I finally got my laptop to stay on long enough for me to run the MSDT tool and I uploaded the files, and sent an e-mail with all the information I was told to to {Personal Information Removed}. It has been almost 10 days since I did this, and I have not heard anything. When am I likely to hear back?

Have been gettng intermittent screen freezes the last few weeks on Pavilion d7-3188cl, have to power off and back on. Now get black screen when try to power on (led lights are on). Doesn't give me safe mode choice screen like before...totally black.

 

Need advice. Saw posts about removing battery and pressing Power for 30 secs to clear things -- but don't know how to remove battery.  Out of warranty by about a year :-(

After the Hard disk self test run it says hard disk (1 Fault) with an error code of Hard disk 1 Smart (301)
