Followed the instructions in the first post in this thread, and emailed the file from the HP Image Diagnostic Program to OCATeam@hp.com a week ago - still no response.
I have an HP Envy 17 laptop. I get a TDR error (described here) around every 5-10 minutes when playing any game that involves 3D graphics. The screen freezes up for around 15 seconds, goes black for a few seconds, and then, in most cases will recover, though a small percentage of the time, it will not and I have to restart my computer. The CPU runs at between 65 and 75 degrees Celsius while gaming, and the error does not seem to be caused by or affected by overheating in any way. I have reinstalled the graphics drivers, BIOS, done a full reinstall of Windows and all my programs, and none of this has had any effect.
Thanks in advance for any help. This one issue is ruining an otherwise really great laptop for me.

I have a HP mini purchased a last Jan. I can't get anything but a black and white screen that says, "no bootable device--insert boot disk and press any key. I didn't receive any disk when I purchased it from Verizon. What can I do to get it back up?
