Multiple BSOD & other problems!

Ok guys so I purchased my HP Pavilion G6-1104ax in later October of 2011 and have problems since, I usually get BSOD maybe once every 1-3 weeks, once it has even happened up to 3 times in one week..

I like this laptop but it struggles with most tasks. Right now I have Google Chrome open with several tabs, task manager and iTunes and it's lagging really bad.. I also have problems playing games, games which I shouldn't have too much of a problem playing like Fallout 3 freeze up on me and I have to hard reset my latop which I find myself doing almost once daily.. Please help guys!

Thanks so much in advance
