My Hp Pavilion DV-1207el freezes on power up

Hi everyone.

I have a Hp Pavilion dv5-1207el that doesn't work at all. When i power up, it just freezes and the leds on the bloc num and caps lock blinks. Also the screen is black.

 

3 blinks - pause - 3 blinks - pause - 3 blinks etc...

 

I think there is an error with the bios. I tried to do a bios recovery with the CRISIS bios recovery but it didn't worked.

I downloaded the bios, put it on a Usb Floppy disk but when i press Win+B nothing happens. The computer just beeps 2 times, one low and one high.

 

What's the problem?
