Hi, im having the same problem with touch pad freeze, not frequent but quite annoying. its a envy sleekbook 4-1009tu, product no B4P85PA. Thank you.

Ji, my HP G62 nOTEBOOK PC does the same thing and can you help me my Product number is WQ843UA#ABA and my serial number is [edited by Moderator]and Thanks!

Hi, having the same problem with my notebook, the touchpad freezes and i have to wait between 1-2 min. 

My notebook is 15-d016es (model) and G0B41EA#ABE (product) runing Windows 8.1 on 64 bits, x64 processor.

 HP Pavilion g6-2292sa  , is this the correct model of your laptop ?

do you have the latest touchpad's drivers on there ?

here is the latest upated drivers for your touchpad:

before you download and install it, check the version and the released date, then compare them with the pre-installed drivers on Device Manager. The newer wins !
