Pavilion g6 BSOD and noises

Hi,

I got a brand new pavilion g6 laptop, windows 7, i literally only use it for facebook and writing essays. occasionally ill get the BSOD for no apparent reason, perhaps once a month or more, and i noticed it makes some clicking/buzzing sounds if u put your ear to the bottom of it, but it isnt at the moment........i looked at the errors on bios and it said 03F0...

any ideas? thanks

Hi,

Boot Device ManagerBoot device not found3F0This indicates a potential problem with the hard drive. Please run the hard drive test.

See Testing a Hard Disk using the Built in Self Test for more information.

New notebook should not have this kind of problem. I recommend you to replace it for other (even the same model) in place which you bought it.
