Re: Problems with hp laptop G62 B09ED AGAIN!!!!!!

Have you tried a check disk? Here's a guide from Microsoft to do that:

Re: Problems with hp laptop G62 B09ED AGAIN!!!!!!

BCCode F4 with first parameter 3 means a critical process was terminated - which matches with thefact that you see it kinda lock up for a few minutes. Common reasons for process being terminated: virus, hard drive/memory issue, faulty driver.

    Microsoft has the following suggstions:

"The following actions might prevent an error like this from happening again:

    1. Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update.
    2. Scan your computer for computer viruses.
    3. Check your hard disk for errors."

Re: Problems with hp laptop G62 B09ED AGAIN!!!!!!

    1. Windows update, updates automatically

    2. according to Norton I have no viruses

    3. I dont think I have hard disk errors atleast I tried the thing that DavidPK recommended me last time (if there was an error it should be fixed)

I did that, the blue screen and the freezing and acting slow when starting up (when it shows my desktop) happened afterwards. since I opened the topic (excl. the blue screen day) it happened twice
