The following problem happens when I use my laptop for many hours (6+) and then try to put it to sleep by pushing the Sleep button: The screen turns off, the HDD light still blinks, the fans stay on, but nothing I do can either put the laptop to sleep for real or turn the monitor back on, even after waiting 10+ minutes for it to go to sleep on its own. I can only do a hard reboot.
What does fix the problem, however, is logging off THEN going to sleep after such long sessions, so it's probably a software and not a hardware problem.
Laptop is a G60-530US, Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
