Several Several Problems I decided to report on HP envy 17 3D

I bought my computer which is an hp envy 3d I can give full specs if need be.

Problem ONE:    sometimes when I close my laptop the light on the hp logo stays on which usually 90 percent of the time means when I open it up there is nothing, but a blank screen/ black screen.

I can open, and close the laptop as much as I want it wont fix it I have to turn the laptop off then back on to fix it.

I've been having trouble with the 3D feature one time it wouldn't play a dvd at all for a few days somehow it fixed it self, but later on when I used the 3D glasses on a movie it did it's flickering thing, but it wouldn't produce 3D it would be like looking through a pair of sunglasses at a distorted movie.

I have no external microphone recording ability at all for me to be able to record externally microphone I have to plug in an external usb sound card.

I have no webcam at all.

I have a major overheating issue I have a lap fan for my laptop, but it doesn't do any good (I bought this laptop for 3D, and game developement), but when ever I open up any game engine within a few minutes (10 tops) the whole computer crashes from a 90 degree celsius over heating issue according to the computer when I boot it back up, and of course when I boot it back up I have to get to the game engine, and immediatley cut it off before the computer crashes again (which I had happen 3 times in a row before)

Also when I don't have a lap fan considering I go through them like they where pancakes the computer will constantly heat up to a point where I can't put my hands on my laptop's keyboard to type my arm actually get's burnt enough for me to have to snatch my hand back away from it.

I have cleaned this computer out with a can of compressed air, and clean the screen keyboard, and even clean this computer out on the inside every other week (disk difragment, disk cleanup, virus scan the whole nine yards)

I got 2 game engines just to make sure that it wasn't just the one, but either one crashes it.

I have torque, and c4.

On torque I can maybe just maybe get a 3D model into the game engine.

With C4 I just play the demo's, and my computer crashes in an instant.

I can actually do 3D modeling.

Sorry for my engrish issues.

Since it said I should include the info about my computer I will.

Re: Several Several Problems I decided to report on HP envy 17 3D

I fixed the headphones issue I forgot it had a black screen crash earlier.

I had to restart my computer to fix it.
