Hi i'm a possessor of an HP Notebook Pavillion dv6-6170sl,
PRODUCT ID: LY805EA#ABZ
I have a problem with my notebook. It freezes during the start (when there's is the windows 7 start logo).
I turned off and started with a Start diagnostic. It failed the Short DST test ant the Failure ID is:
The product is still on warranty, what can i do to solve the problem? Thanks.

HDD is faulty and it needs to be replaced.
Please contact with HP they will send you new one for free. How to do it?
