Synaptics Touchpad Enhancements Stops Working

Hi, I've bought a HP HDX X18T-1200 CTO Premium Notebook PC a few months ago and I upgraded my OS from Vista to Windows 7. I don't remember if I've had a problem when I was using Vista but now, there is a problem which drives me crazy with my touchpad. Sometimes when I boot up the computer, especially when I put the monitor down or when I put my computer to sleep/hibernate, or sometimes without a reason; my Synaptics touchpad enhancements stops working! I can't scroll, I can't use tap zones, I can't even tap (especially this drives me crazy). Is this a hardware or a software issue? Either way, how can I fix this? I've installed the bios version F.31, Synaptics Driver v14.0.11.2 Rev. A, Nvidia Driver v195.62, IDT Audio driver v6.10.6249.0 Rev. A. I'm using Windows 7 x64, and Kaspersky v8.0.0.108 (Technical Preview for Windows 7) as an Antivirus program.
