The Touch Pad On My Laptop Is Frozen i Can't Click On Anything And it Wont Move What Do I Do?

Plz my laptop Envy M6 is giving me issues A̶̲̥̅̊nd̶̲̥̅̊ I nid a solution...
1* If I turn on d laptop, d mouse won't respond until I press a key on keyboard
2* after boot, if I didn't press or do anytin on d laptop until d light(screen) goes off, it won't come on(screen) again...no mata w@ I do even typing all d keys on keyboard...until I switch off nd On
3* if I turn on d laptop den probably change its previous position lk carry it or even shift it...it will jst hang nd sumtimes switch or as it refuses to respond i'll switch it off ma self!

HP ProBook  Windows 8.... I have already tried holding the power button and removing the battery and restarting.  Touch pad is still frozen.
