Touchpad Turns Off

I have a Pavilion dv7-6157cl and the Touchpad will arbitrarily shut off while I'm working on the computer.  I then have to press the power button to get it to turn back on.  Can anyone help please?

My problem has been solved.  Double touching the top left corner turns the Touchpad back on.
