...then I have to unplug and remove/replace the battery before it will start up again. Bought yesterday. Is this something simple or should I just return it?

Hi,

 

This problem can sometimes occur if Hybrid Sleep is enabled.  To disable this, follow the instructions on the link below.

Remember to click Apply to save any changes you may have made and the restart the notebook.

Hi. I have same problem and I have already changed Hybrid Sleep to disabled but I have still same  problem. Is there any other method.?
