From the time i received the laptop 5 days ago,i had ramdom shut downs restarts.I am sending it back.I am wondering if this is a problem with this laptop.Also while i was writing a reveive online i received a call from a HP rep offering a new laptop much better than the one i bought i would send the broken one back to be avaluated.GREAT RIGHT.Three minutes late rhe called stating he only had a laptop he could send that turned out to be similar with a slower hard drive. FIRST and LAST hp.I SAID NO I WANTED MY 5 DAY OLD LAPTOP FIXED AND THAT THIS IS TEARABLE CUSTERMER SERVICE HE HUNG UP ON ME.
