Hello,

Did you update anything about 3 wks ago? Open up your laptop's update history and check. Also, what gpu (Graphic card) and cpu does you laptop have? I need to know these to help you.

Hello, and good morning! -depending on where you are.

Goto your computer icon and open it.  In it you will see the different icons of the drives. Goto just in front of one of the icons, where the mouse pointer no longer hilights the icon, and right click the mouse. If you did this correctly, the icon will not hilight but a small viewing window will open. Drop down to properties in this small viewing window and click it. If you have done this correctly, a new window with 'View basic Information about your computer' will open. Towards thee bottom of this window there will be a number and the blue words 'Windows Experience Index' Click these words. The window will now shift and the Windows Experience Index will appear. Just below all of the scores, "View and print detailed performance and system information,' can be seen again in blue, click these words. A new window will open with everything you need to know about your laptop. Please look for your GPU here; it should state something in the order of or fashion as ATI Mobility Radeon HD XXXXx

You can also type Experience Index' in the Start Menu Search Field. And continue from here with the above process, okay? But it is always good to learn your computer.

Please get back with these informations. And we will get your laptop running properly.

Also, 'very important!', you need to buy a can of hi-pressured air. Your laptop is 2 years old, and you haven't included any info about ever cleaning it. I surmise the particles in your laptop are very fine and continue to thicken with time so they will heat your Cpu and Gpu as if they are wearing fur coats in summer. You can get this can at any computer or BigBox Store, Aim the nozzle directly into the laptop's side and bottom vents and blast it clean of any dust or gathered debris. This should bring the temps down by up to 10c! Okay?

Oh, and, hey, you should buy an inexpensive laptop cooler while you're @ the store!

Re: g62-348nr it runs good but freezes when playing a game

Hello again,

Your Cpu/Gpu: the gpu or intel HD 2000 graphic card is a very weak graphic card that is not at all meant for gaming;  here is a link to the card's performance specs:

http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-HD-Graphics-2000-100.37994.0.html

Please do what I asked of you in my last post -buy a laptop cooler -clean out your laptop's vents w hi-pressured air:smileyhappy: Ende Of Transmission. . . .
