I RECENTLY BOUGHT A HP LAPTOP COMPUTER BACK IN MARCH AND FOR THE PAST SEVERAL MONTHS BEEN HAVING A TOTALLY WHITE SCREEN FROM TIME TO TIME POPPING UP.THIS BOTH HAPPENS ON AND OFF THE INTERNET AND IF I'M ON THE INTERNET I HAVE TO HIT THE WINDOWS BUTTON AND THEN THE INTERNET BUTTON AND THE IT WILL GO BACK TO WHERE I WAS AT.MY LAPTOP IS A HP PAVILLION MODEL #dv7-3169wm MY SERIAL # ISCNF00483YN AND MY PRODUCT # IS WA796UA-#ABA.I WOULD APPRECIATE AND HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME.

You provided your Serial# and Product# which I was able to use to check your warranty. You have a full warranty until March of next year, my advice would be to contact HP and troubleshoot the issue with them.

Thank you soooo much for your help and finding my warranty.I was really starting to get concerned as i paid over $900.00 for my laptop this past march and was upset it was having problems already.i will be contacting hp to try to troubleshoot the issue.Again thank you.

Can you advise if HP was able to fix this issue and yes what the issue was? There are several people including myself that have this same issue and have not been able to pinpoint it?
