Without reset disk, well, there are still many other ways to do it.For example, unlock Windows password with Windows built-in Administrator account.
Here’s how this admin unlocks forgotten Windows password:
Start your computer and wait for the Windows Login or Welcome Screen. Once it shows, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete twice and then type Administrator in the pop-up username box, but leave the password column blank. Next you could successfully log onto system. The following steps for resetting the forgotten password are quite easy. You can make it from “Start->Control Panel->Users Accounts”.
Besides, Windows Password Reset is a great choice .

log into safe mode and log into the administrator account. If there's no password, then it will just let you right in, or else press [enter] without typing anything in the password field and it'll log on. change the password in control panel. reboot.
