I Have a HP Pavilion Dv6000 . At my start up, it pops up showing that I have Low Disk
Space on my "D" drive. And my "D" drive is supposed to be my recovery disc. How do I get it out of the "D" drive back into my "C" drive?

The doc on this says that one of the things that can trigger this message is adding data to the Recovery partition that does not belong in that area. You can check whether or not this has happened.
This help document applies to Vista - Windows 7 will be simillar. The text mentions that turning off the reference to "hidden files and drives" will get rid of the message.
I've added a graphic of a Recovery Partition contents for you to use as reference from a Windows 7, 64bit system. (The Recovery Partition is assigned as "E" on the example shown.)
I hope this helps!
It is my pleasure to assist.
