hp G42 cant load youtube videos

Hey there, i just got my G42 today and when i try to load a youtube video it hangs and the screen goes blank leaving me to force restart everytime...ive tried un-installing and re-installing the adobe flash, ive tried using internet explorer 8, google chrome and mozilla firefox. all the browsers have the same problem..can anyone help??

i also have that same problem with my G42. Can HP do something about it.

try to uninstall the adobe flash player, then try to download the 10.1 offline installer.

Since the issue happens with different browsers, it's probably due to some incompatibility between the flash player and the graphics driver. Try turn off hardware acceleration: right mouse on the video (flash player) and select settings and uncheck "Enable hardware acceleration".

i have this problem also, not just applications using adobe flash player but also windows media player when i play video files. help me please... thanks you
