my parents computer is a hp dv 6000 and the kids use it a lot and just now it will not boot up unless you press the blue refresh looking button on the top of the keyboard it then brings up a media type screen where you can access dvd music and pics/ videos. there is also a windows button but when i press it says that the screen is hibernating it then shuts off and i cant turn it on except for doing the same thing over again any help is greatly appreciated
