call hp 2 times today about this. mine had an electical fire inside it and smells of smoke. speakers got fried, it will turn on but wont last long enough to see what other damage is on it. call twice today. there supervisor told me they would call me back in a hour, never did. i use this computer to work at a part time job... need it replaced or exchanged.....

Please contact HP support immediately and inform him about this safety incident. They will guide you through the next steps.

did that already, all they want to do is give me the run around.
