But you can see the drive on another computer right?  My guess is that the system board is damaged, perhaps from that cracked piece you highlighted in the picture.  If you want I can try to find out what the replacement part number is for that but you may be better off upgrading the computer to something else.

    i have tried parting the number but i had no hits,maybe it just comes with the MB who knows,now i just took the hdd out and put it in one of these docking stations.Will load windows on it and see what happens

    Can you give me the product number?  It should be under the serial# on the sticker on the bottom of the mini
