i have a hp 2560p laptop, when its on its hp docking

When the laptop is docked to its HP docking station (2560P) it frequently hangs the router connected to the internet ISP. The connection to the router from the docking station  is via a WAN cable. I have tried the laptop un-docked using the wan cable and it works OK. The issue appears to be with the docking station. I have upgraded the Intel 82579LM gigabit driver to the latest version and this has no effect.

 

The problem appears to be with a driver that runs the docking station ? I am running Windows 7 X64 enterprise. After investigation the issue is with the USB2 driver that runs the IO functions, updated this and it seems ok now.
