Yes you could.
That would involve installing the drive in an external (usb connected) disk enclosure.
One thing to consider is that the drive is so small (20GB) that it would not be worth the expenditure for an external housing. You could purchase a USB thumbdrive (16Gb) for about the cost of an external drive housing.
