my new laptop will not turn on HP claims my warranty has expired

my brand new laptop will not turn on at all had it working now its dead

If it is brand new, take it back for refund with receipt. If not then call HP up and as you will have proof of purcahse (receipt), the 12 monbths warranty MUST by law start from that date.
