my pc is having spme internal problem

Previously I use to unlock my PC with the scanning of my finger, but now, it does not operate anymore. In opening the PC, after booting, it will show that it is locked, the system will be flashing  like ready to take the scanning. But when you click on the locked to open, the light stops flashing, but changed the flashing light to orange color. Please help to restore the locking system to its normal point.
