problem opening my laptop

help my laptop opens but there is no something in the screen! as in nothing at all! HP pavilion DM4-3000 exbeats edition entertainment notebook pc

Hello,

 

 

          Please try a Hard Reset. Remove the battery and anything else and unplug the laptop and then hold down the power button for 45 seconds to clear the cache, plug the laptop back in, but not the battery, and start it.
