hello sir ,

whenever i start my laptop on battery it will starts to hang and when i supply the AC it will works fine, why this happen?

Hi, you have to goto power options and change them for the battery. Goto the battery icon in the taskbar and click it to open then click more power options and then click HP Recommended. You can also goto the Advanced settings by clicking Change plan settings, then click Change Advanced Power Settings where you can explore and also Restore Plan Settings!
