start up loop

Hi all,

 

I have a presario CQ56, loops at start up. all tests pass.  F11 = BOOTMGR is missing.

can"t get F8 at startup, to start safe mode. did a hard reset, no luck.

notebook came without recovery disk.

any ideas ?
