Hello, actually i am having a problem with my touchpad. after working for some time it hangs for some time., i attach an external mouse and it works, after some time touchpad works again. i have searched in google didn find any solution. hope u will help me, thank u before head,

I have tried to reinstall the driver,sad ly it didn't help either, then i tried recoivery now it wroks perfectly

You forgot to include the model of your notebook. But ill give you a wild guess. You must be hitting the touchpad switch which is located on the upper left part of your touchpad. There should be a small led light. If light is on (amber) its off, if there is no light, its ON..

oops forgot abt model its G62-140ES, no i know abt the thing u say, but its not abt it. when it hangs i cant use it at all, keyboard also hangs, but if i connect mouse everything works perfecty, after a few mins touchpad starts to work again,

Try to udpate the mouse and keyboard driver. Download and run HP QLB and synaptics driver here

SAD SAD SAD SAD it hanged today twice, AGAIN ((( i do really don't know what to do, it hang totally, no touchpad, no keyboard, and screen :/(((((( i thought it was solved, didnt appear any problem during several days, today happened the 1st time, it is so sad ((((
