Hi, I have the same problem. I did a clean install of Windows 7 64bit. on my HP Pavilion dv6-3155sr. I checked in Device manager, and see an unknown device with ACPI/HPQ0004. Can you help me fix this?

Thank you for your quick answer 🙂 It seems it works. At least doesn't give any error and disappeared "unknown device" 🙂

You're very welcome.

You don't want to find out if it works, because the only way you will be able to tell is if you drop your notebook!

I have the same problem. I did a clean install of Windows 7 on my HP Pavilion DV6-3056er. All the other drivers are working but when I checked in Device manager, I see an unknown device with ACPI/HPQ0004. I tried researching and got a lot of different answers and different files to download. Can you help me choose the best fix for this? Please help me locate the right drivers for Windows 7 64bit. Thanks
