Product: Energy Star 15-f100dx
Hi, I got the enter administrator password or power on password. I did what the comments said and entered an incorrect password 3 times, which gave me a system disabled icon and a code. The code is:

EFB8B554

Do I have to turn off the laptop or anything in order to enter in the code you give me? Please let me know asap.
