Notebook 17x103

I purchased my Notebook the end of November 2016 it's been sent in for repair twice in the last 3 weeks with the same issue.  Has anyone else had issues with their Notebooks.  the problem is black screen and it says "Boot Device Not Found"

Does your PC work now ?

 

This could appear because the computer cannot find a bootable device, therefore cannot start and operating system. It could be due to Windows problem (software issue), could be due to incorrect BIOS settings or could be hardware related problem (e.g. faulty Hard Disk Drive).

 

If your PC works now, hopefully it will not repeat. If it repeats, please let me know and I will try to notify HP internally so that a special team checks in depth.
