Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I press f10 to go to the bios menu a blue box pops up and a single beep sounds from the motherboard. It says "ENTER ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD". After 3 failed attempts another blue box appears with a beep that says "SYSTEM DISABLED [51113833}".

 

Unfortunately, I don't know the password and I've looked around for passwords to try and I haven't found one that works. Any help is much appreciated.
