Hi!
This issue can be fixed by first locating Outlook.exe that can be found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14.
Next, right click Outlook.exe and then click on Properties. On the Compatibility tab, clear the check box that reads ‘Run this program in compatibility mode’. Then click Ok and restart Outlook.

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
I read your post about problems opening the e-mail folders in Outlook 2010 and wanted to help.
We're not really in a position here to diagnose problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) software, but here are some steps you can try: https://kb.intermedia.net/article/2661
If those don't work, you really need to contact Microsoft, as it is their product.
Good Luck
