My computer has 19.5V and 2.31A, would a charger with 100-200V ~1A be okay?

No, what is the 100-200V 1A charger ? Is it from HP ? If not, what is its brand and model ?

I have a warrantee on my notebook so after my old charger broke, I asked the people at the aarons store to order a new one. In my experience though they are very incompetent, and when they gave me the charger they weren't even sure it was mine! Said "we'll see if it's yours if it works". Nowhere in the charger does t say hp, it does however say "replacement ax adapter" under that it says INPUT:100-240V ~ 1A and then below that 50:60Hz and then below that OUTPUT:19.5V (and horizontal like with three dots underneath) 2.31A

On my notebook however, the input says 19.5V (like with dots)2.31A. Is that how it's supposed to be? The output of the charger matching the input of my notebook? I don't know much, that's why I'm asking here, but I do know that I don't want to fry my notebook with too much voltage
